That’s where we come in! At A to Z Home Inspections, we aim to make this part of the process clear and as low-stress as possible. We work to schedule your inspection promptly so you can keep things moving forward! Each inspection is conducted with care and attention to detail. The inspection itself typically lasts around 2 hours, followed by a 1 hour walkthrough where we go over everything together! You’ll see real photos from the inspection, talk through any concerns, and get straightforward explanations of what’s worth noting and what isn’t. Afterward, you will receive a detailed report with clear photos and easy to access information the SAME DAY!

A typical inspection can take between 2-3 hours depending on specific factors of the house. At the end of the inspection there is typically a 1 hour walk through where we go over all the findings of the home.

While it is customary to attend the walk through at the end, a “walk-and-talk” inspection can be attended. This is where you walk alongside me through a majority of the home and I explain issues as we move through the house. Typically there is no walk through in this scenario.

Re-inspections can be performed upon request. Our free re-inspection covers up to 5 repaired items from the original inspection. There is a small additional fee if there are more items that need to be re-inspected.

I am a dually certified home inspector through InterNACHI and ICA. I hold certifications through both of these organizations in radon, IAQ, asbestos, pool and spa, mold, wood destroying organisms and infrared thermography.

Inspection reports will be sent out the same day of the inspection. Specialty reports like radon or lab testing may take additional time.
